Dartmouth Book Exchange
Located at 187A Cole Harbour Rd, Dartmouth, NS, Dartmouth Book Exchange is a new and used book store and a pillar of the community when it comes to supporting local authors.
Notably, this is where I picked up my first fantasy books when I was a kid, leading me down the road to writing my own!
The Book Shed (Hubbards)
Located at 372 Nova Scotia Trunk 3 in Simms Settlement, NS, The Book Shed is a small single person run book store. The owner, Pat, is a local author herself and only carries Nova Scotian authors in her store. If you’re an avid reader, or a local author looking to put your books on a shelf, this is the place for you!
Teapothecary Tea (Halifax)
Located at 2739 Agricola St, Halifax. Teaphothecary is new on the scene and already supporting multiple local authors and artists! If tea, reading, and art in all its forms interests you, this is the place to check out!
They currently carry Marauder’s Charm, Survivor’s Gold, and Hybrid: Ana, with plan on carrying Hybrid: Henry as well!
